A 32-year old Nigerian pastor, Kehinde Boluwaji, has landed himself in trouble for allegedly dipping his fingers and pouring salt inside a woman’s private part under the false pretence of carrying out deliverance on her. Boluwaji, who hails from Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria, reportedly lied to the victim, 22-year old Busola Adebayo that she was possessed of a strange spirit that will cause her untimely death if she was not delivered. He also told Busola that the bad dreams she always had will not allow her to get a husband and when she eventually gets married, she will not get pregnant and have children. The shell of Gawker has settled with Hulk Hogan for $31 million, ending a years-long fight that led to the media company's bankruptcy, the  shutdown of Gawker.com  and the  sale of Gawker's other sites  to Spanish-language broadcaster Univision. Gawker founder Nick Denton  in a Wednesday blog post  said that the "saga is over." The invasion-of-privacy case, which revolved around a sex tape posted on Gawker.com, resulted in a $140 million verdict won by the former professional wrestler in a Florida court. It became even more notorious when it emerged that Silicon Valley billionaire Peter Thiel had secretly bankrolled the suit. Thiel was outed as gay by a Gawker-owned website in 2007. The settlement instead means Hogan will get $31 million as well as 45 percent of the proceeds from potential sale of Gawker.com, said Elizabeth Traub, a spokeswoman for Hogan's lawyer, David Houston. The Central Bank of Nigeria on Monday warned Nigerians against patronising what it called ‘wonder banks’, stating that their activities were not regulated by it. Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari might increase the minimum wage of Nigerian workers as the Federal Government delegation will meet with the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) over deliberation on the issue. According to a report by Daily Times, the meeting which will initiate modalities that will guide negotiations for the new N56,000 minimum wage, proposed by the Worker Union. The Federal High Court has pronounced a guilty verdict on four companies used by Patience Jonathan to launder $15.5m. PM News reports that the verdict was read on Wednesday, November 2 by the court. Waripamo Dudafa who is the former personal assistant to former president, Goodluck Jonathan allegedly used the companies to launder the money on behalf of the former first lady. The account of the former first lady was frozen by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged act of corruption.

There was shock recently when a baby with four legs was given birth to in a hospital in western Mozambique. According to Magazine Independente, doctors are now assessing the baby to see if the child can be operated upon. The baby, whose sex was not given, was born in Manica Province. “The mother had a normal birth and was not suspicious of anything during the gestation period,” said the magazine, which is published in Portuguese. This is not the first time an abnormal birth was recorded in the area. A baby with three legs was also born in the province this month, said the weekly. Wow!
